Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Should you need to expedite your order: please order before 12 p.m. EST for same-day shipment. (WHEN AVAILABLE) or call the store and talk to a member of management. We will gladly help you.

RETURN POLICY

Our joy is to make sure you will be beyond happy with your order. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and unassembled, in original condition and in the original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions and warranty cards. (minus shipping & handling). Please call our personnel at 305.933.3703 before returning any items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Custom pieces, such as bedding, strollers, costumes, and personalized item sales are final and not returnable or exchangeable. We won't be able to return items that are not damaged, or faulty.

Please pack your returned merchandise in the original shipping box, with an enclosed copy of your packing slip.

For Pottery Barn Baby or Restoration Hardware Baby orders wished to be returned, you have 30 days and must call them directly.

To order simply lace items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. When you are finished shopping, follow our simple checkout process.
